Stream Sketch Terms of Use

Welcome to Stream Sketch – an interactive whiteboard platform for streamers and their viewers. By accessing or using Stream Sketch, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Platform Overview

Stream Sketch enables streamers to add a live, interactive whiteboard to their stream or background. Viewers can connect via the Stream Sketch website and draw directly onto the streamer's whiteboard. The experience is unfiltered and designed for real-time entertainment.

2. Drawing Access & Payment

To interact with the whiteboard:

Each line drawn costs 0.005 SOL

A 10-line bundle costs 0.02 SOL

The "Nuke" button, which clears the entire whiteboard, costs 0.03 SOL

All payments are made on the Solana blockchain.

3. Responsibility for Fees

All fees paid through Stream Sketch are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the user. Stream Sketch is not responsible for transaction fees, network delays, wallet issues, or any other blockchain-related errors.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the event of a technical error and are granted solely at our discretion. Users acknowledge and accept that not all failed transactions will qualify for a refund.

5. Content Responsibility & Risk

Stream Sketch is an unfiltered platform. Any content drawn is created by the users and not moderated by Stream Sketch.

Streamers assume full responsibility for using this tool on their broadcasts.

Stream Sketch is not liable for any consequences, including bans, suspensions, or strikes issued by third-party streaming platforms due to user-generated content.

Use of this tool is entirely at your own risk.

6. Abuse & Misuse

While Stream Sketch is open and unfiltered, we reserve the right to restrict access or ban users in cases of abuse, illegal activity, or platform manipulation.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Stream Sketch after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
